Magic Kingdom (MK): Magic Kingdom is the first and most iconic theme park at Disney World. It is often referred to as "The Happiest Place on Earth" and is home to classic attractions such as Cinderella's Castle, Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean.
Epcot: Epcot is a theme park that celebrates technology and innovation. It is divided into two sections: Future World, which showcases cutting-edge technology, and World Showcase, which presents different cultures from around the world.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios (DHS): Hollywood Studios is a movie-themed park that offers behind-the-scenes glimpses of Hollywood and its film industry. It is home to popular attractions such as Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.
Animal Kingdom (AK): Animal Kingdom is a theme park that showcases different animal habitats from around the world. It also features a variety of rides and shows, such as Expedition Everest and Festival of the Lion King.
Lightning Lane (LL) is a faster priority queue available on most attractions through Genie+
Individual Lightning Lane (ILL) is a faster queue that is priced and purchased individually. It does not require Genie+ to purchase.
Genie+: Genie+ is a system that allows visitors to reserve a spot in line for certain attractions at Disney World. Visitors can choose a single Lightning Lane at a time, adding additional ones after 120 minutes or after entering a previous LL attraction, whichever comes first.
My Disney Experience (MDE): My Disney Experience is a website and app that allows visitors to plan their Disney World vacation. Visitors can use MDE to purchase tickets, make dining reservations, and select FastPass+ attractions.
Disney Dining Plan (DDP): The Disney Dining Plan is a prepaid meal plan that allows visitors to pre-purchase a set number of meals at Disney World. The plan includes one quick-service meal, one table-service meal, and two snacks per day. The DDP has not returned since the closure in March 2020
Advance Dining Reservation (ADR): An ADR is a dining reservation at a table service restaurant on Disney Property. These can currently be made at 60 days from your arrival date and if you are staying at a Disney property can be made for the length of your stay, up to 10 days.
Cast Member (CM): A Disney employee is called a Cast Member. All Disney employees are expected to be part of the “show” of entertaining and delighting guests, therefore they are all members of the Cast
On Stage: This is an area that is open to guests. CMs are expected to be “stage ready” anytime they appear on stage.
Backstage: These are the employee’s only areas of Walt Disney World. They are strictly off limits to guests and if you find yourself in one, photos and videos are expressly forbidden.
MagicBand: A MagicBand is a wristband that visitors wear throughout their stay at Disney World. It serves as a room key, park ticket, and Lightning Lane reservation device.
Park Hopper: Park Hopper is an add-on to a Disney World ticket that allows visitors to visit multiple parks in one day.
Memory Maker: Memory Maker is a photo package that allows visitors to download all of the photos taken by Disney World's photographers during their stay.
Early Entry: are designated times when certain Disney World parks are open exclusively to resort guests. This allows resort guests to experience popular attractions with shorter wait times.
Extended Evening Hours: are available certain nights at specific theme parks. The selected park is open late for guests of Disney Deluxe Resorts only.
Disney Springs: Disney Springs is an outdoor shopping, dining, and entertainment complex located at Disney World. It features a variety of shops, restaurants, and live entertainment.
